Overview

Gangtok is Extremely alluring, pleasantly boisterous and wreathed in clouds. It is the capital city of the Sikkim, also give a spectacular view of Mt. Kanchenjunga, at a distant skyline. The meaning of Gangtok is Hill-top. This place can be safely said to be one of the most beautiful hill stations in the country. Pelling is a hill station in Gyalshing district of Sikkim, India.The name of the city means “place of the thunderbolt.” Darjeeling is a hill resort, and the city's economy is based largely on tourism; the peak periods for visitors are April to June and September to November. The city has major road, rail, and air connections with Kolkata

Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival NJP Railway station / IXB Bagdogra Airport – Gangtok
On arrival at Njp railway station / IXB Bagdogra airport you will be received by our office executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to Gangtok (125 Kms / 4 -5 Hrs). Upon arrival proceed to the hotel for check-in; the evening is free for leisure.Overnight stay at Gangtok
Day 2
Tsongmo Lake & Baba Mandir Excursion
After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tsongmo Lake (12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way from Gangtok) &through Kyongnosla Alpine Sanctuary and Baba Mandir (13100Ft / 3994 Mts / 16Kms in 1Hrs one way from Tsongmo Lake) (no entry for foreigner national, they are allowed to visit till Tsongmo Lake, with a valid permit. They also have to be 02 & above is number to visit Tsongmo Lake). Situated at a height of 12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Back to Gangtok and Overnight at Gangtok.

(Incase of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided) Supplement cost for Nathula pass will be INR 5500 per vehicle, it will be closed on Monday and subjected to permit availability.
Day 3
Gangtok Local Sightseeing
After Breakfast You Will Be Taken For Sightseeing Which Includes: Handicraft And Handloom, Flower Show, Ganesh Tok And Tashi View Point, Gonjang Monastery, Bakthang Waterfalls, Do Drol Chorten, Namgyal Institute Of Tibetology, Enchay Monastery, Ropeway(Outer Tok. View), Hanuman Night Stay At Gangtok.
Day 4
Gangtok To Pelling Transfer via Namchi
After breakfast,transfer to Pelling (128 Kms / 4-5 Hrs) via Namchi visting Chardham Mandir, Sandruptse and Sai Mandir. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. The evening is free for leisure, Overnight stay at Pelling.
Day 5
Pelling Local Sightseeing
After breakfast at hotel – Drive for Full Day Sight Seeing which includes Pemayangtse Monastery, Rimbi Water Falls, Kanchenjunga falls, Khecheopalri Lake, Darap Village, Rabtanse Ruins,. - Over Night stay at Pelling.
Day 6
Pelling to Darjeeling transfer
After breakfast at the hotel - proceed for Darjeeling (97 Kms / 3 Hrs 36 min). Evening free for leisure. Over Night stay at Darjeeling.
Day 7
Darjeeling Local Sightseeing
Early morning excursion to Tiger Hill (8364 Ft / 2550 Mts) at around 3:45 am for viewing sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (if the weather is favorable), while returning visit to Ghoom Monastery, Peace Memorial, and Batasia Loop. After breakfast at the hotel you will depart for Half day city tour of Darjeeling. This includes sightseeing at Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday), Tenzing and Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (closed on Sunday), Tea Estate, Peace Pagoda. Day 8
Darjeeling To IXB Airport / NJP Railway station drop
