Itinerary

Day 1
ARRIVAL NJP RAILWAY STATION / IXB BAGDOGRA AIRPORT – GANGTOK
On arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport you will be received by our office executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to Gangtok(5500 Ft /1677 Mts, 130 Kms / 4 -5 Hrs). Upon arrival proceed to the hotel for check-in; the evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 2
TSONGMO LAKE+BABA MANDIR EXCURSION (08:00 A.M – 3:30 P.M)
After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake (12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way from Gangtok) &through Kyongnosla Alpine Sanctuary and Baba Mandir (13100Ft / 3994 Mts / 16Kms in 1Hrs one way from Tshangu Lake) (no entry for foreigner national, they are allowed to visit till Tshangu Lake, with a valid permit. They also have to be 02 & above is number to visit Tshangu Lake). Situated at a height of 12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Back to Gangtok and Overnight at Gangtok. (Incase of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided) Supplement cost for Nathula pass will be INR 3500 per vehicle, it will be closed on Monday & Tuesday and subjected to permit availability
Day 3
GANGTOK TO DARJEELING TRANSFER
After breakfast drive towards Darjeeling (3h 48min/ 97 km).Upon arrival proceed to the hotel check-in; the evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling
Day 4
DARJEELING LOCAL SIGHTSEEING (03:30 AM TO 03:30 PM)
Early morning excursion to Tiger Hill (8364 Ft / 2550 Mts) at around 4:00 am for viewing sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (if the weather is favourable), return to the hotel. After breakfast at the hotel you will depart for Half day city tour of Darjeeling. This includes sightseeing at Ghoom Monastery, Peace Memorial, and Batasia Loop, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tenzing and Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (closed on Sunday), Tea Estate, Peace Pagoda. Overnight stay at Darjeeling
Day 5
DARJEELING – DEPARTURE NJP RAILWAY STATION / IXB BAGDOGRA AIRPORT
After breakfast at hotel transfer to NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey. as you go home let the everlasting memory of the radiant Himalayas and this beautiful serene place linger in your mind and prompt you now and again to revisit this place.
