Phuentsholing to Thimphu
Complete immigration formalities and drive to Thimphu. Lunch is paid directly. Overnight Thimphu.
Thimphu sightseeing
Buddha Dordenma, Simtokha Dzong, Simply Bhutan, Takin centre, arts and craft school and paper factory, subject to access.
Thimphu to Punakha
Travel via Dochula; Chimmi Lhakhang, Punakha Dzong, rivers and suspension bridge. Overnight Punakha.
Punakha to Paro
Lamperi Botanical Park en route; Ta Dzong and Rinpung Dzong as feasible. Overnight Paro.
Tiger’s Nest hike
Taktsang hike, with Drukgyel Dzong and Kyichu Monastery as feasible. Agree walking pace before confirming.
Paro to Phuentsholing
Transfer back to Phuentsholing; remaining Paro visits if feasible.
Departure
Transfer to Bagdogra Airport or NJP station.
